The Prince Presides Over the First Government Session of Zakistan

The first official government session of the Principality of Zakistan was held today at the Royal Chancellery, presided over by His Excellency Prince Zak Fawaz.The session marked a defining moment in the institutional life of the young Principality, following the promulgation of its Constitution on 19 October 2025.

The meeting was attended by the Minister of Information and Social Affairs, H.E. Pierre Daccache; the Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Farah Moufarrej; the Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, H.E. Paul Francis; the Minister of Justice, H.E. Tala Fawaz; the Minister of Interior and Homeland Security, H.E. Mohamed Abou Atef; and the Minister of Economy and Finance, H.E. Zaki Ouazzani Chahdi.

The Prince opened the session by reading a message from the Prime Minister, H.E. Joud El Arab, who reaffirmed the government’s mission:

“Notre mission est claire : poser les fondations d’un État souverain, uni et moderne, fondé sur la responsabilité, la solidarité et la justice.”

Afterward, the Prince addressed the ministers directly, setting the tone for the new government’s direction and emphasizing the importance of discipline and duty:

“L’histoire que nous écrivons aujourd’hui n’appartient pas à un seul homme, mais à un peuple tout entier. La confiance que je vous accorde est entière mais non éternelle elle se mérite chaque jour. Le monde nous observe, mais c’est notre peuple qui nous jugera.”

Each minister was assigned specific responsibilities aligned with the forthcoming State Policy, which will define the strategic priorities of Zakistan in the coming months.

The session also covered key political, security, and foreign policy questions, reflecting the Principality’s determination to uphold its values of neutrality, peace, and institutional rigor.

The meeting concluded in an atmosphere of unity and resolve, symbolizing the beginning of Zakistan’s active governmental life.

Le Prince Préside la Première Réunion du Gouvernement Zakistanien

La première session officielle du gouvernement de la Principauté du Zakistan s’est tenue aujourd’hui à la Chancellerie Royale, sous la présidence de Son Excellence le Prince Zak Fawaz.Cette réunion marque une étape historique dans la vie institutionnelle de la jeune Principauté, à la suite de la promulgation de sa Constitution le 19 octobre 2025.

Étaient présents à cette séance :le Ministre de l’Information et des Affaires sociales, S.E. Pierre Daccache ;la Ministre des Affaires étrangères, S.E. Farah Moufarrej ;le Ministre de l’Infrastructure et de l’Énergie, S.E. Thomas Francis ;la Ministre de la Justice, S.E. Tala Fawaz ;le Ministre de l’Intérieur et de la Sécurité intérieure, S.E. Mohamed Abou Atef ;et le Ministre de l’Économie et des Finances, S.E. Zaki Ouazzani Chahdi.

La séance a été ouverte par la lecture d’un message du Premier ministre, S.E. Joud El Arab, dans lequel il a rappelé la mission du gouvernement :

Le Prince a ensuite pris la parole pour adresser un discours fort et empreint de gravité :

« L’histoire que nous écrivons aujourd’hui n’appartient pas à un seul homme, mais à un peuple tout entier. La confiance que je vous accorde est entière mais non éternelle elle se mérite chaque jour.Le monde nous observe, mais c’est notre peuple qui nous jugera. »

Au cours de cette première séance, chaque ministre s’est vu confier la définition de sa responsabilité sectorielle dans le cadre de la Politique d’État en préparation.

Des sujets relatifs à la politique intérieure, à la sécurité nationale et à la politique étrangère ont également été abordés, dans un esprit de clarté et de cohésion institutionnelle.

Cette première réunion du gouvernement zakistanien marque le début d’une ère d’action, de responsabilité et de stabilité.

الأمير يترأس أول جلسة رسمية للحكومة الزاكيستانية

عقدت إمارة زاكستان اليوم أول جلسة رسمية للحكومة في الديوان الملكي برئاسة صاحب السعادة الأمير زاك فواز، في خطوة تاريخية تعكس بداية المرحلة المؤسسية الجديدة بعد إعلان الدستور في 19 تشرين الأول 2025.

وحضر الجلسة كلٌّ من:وزير الإعلام والشؤون الاجتماعية، معالي بيار دكّاش؛وزيرة الخارجية، معالي فرح مفرّج؛وزير البنى التحتية والطاقة، معالي توماس فرنسيس؛وزيرة العدل، معالي تالة فواز؛وزير الداخلية والأمن الوطني، معالي محمد أبو عاطف؛ووزير الاقتصاد والمالية، معالي زكي وزّاني شاحدي.

استهلّ الأمير الجلسة بقراءة كلمة أعدّها رئيس الوزراء معالي جود العرب، قال فيها:

« مهمّتنا واضحة: وضع أسس دولةٍ سياديةٍ موحّدةٍ وعصرية، قائمةٍ على المسؤولية والتضامن والعدالة. »

ثم ألقى الأمير كلمته أمام الوزراء، مؤكدًا على روح الالتزام والمسؤولية التي يجب أن تميّز عمل الحكومة:

« التاريخ الذي نكتبه اليوم لا ينتمي إلى رجلٍ واحد، بل إلى شعبٍ بأكمله.الثقة التي أُعطيكم إياها كاملة، لكنها ليست أبدية — فهي تُكتسب كل يوم.العالم يراقبنا، لكنّ من سيحكم علينا هو شعبنا. »

وخلال الجلسة، تمّ تحديد مهام كل وزير في إطار السياسة العامة للدولة ، التي ستُشكّل خارطة الطريق الحكومية في المرحلة المقبلة.

كما تناول الاجتماع ملفات سياسية وأمنية وخارجية، في أجواء من المسؤولية والانضباط والعمل الجماعي.

واختُتمت الجلسة بروحٍ من الوحدة والعزم، إيذانًا بانطلاق العمل الحكومي الفعلي في زاكستان.
