According to official sources, the Prince’s address will outline the next stage in Zakistan’s political and institutional development, following weeks of consultations within the Royal Chancellery and with senior advisors.

While no details have yet been disclosed, observers believe the address could include:

• Possible revisions to the Constitution, notably regarding the balance of powers, the functioning of government institutions, and national governance priorities;

Selon des sources officielles, cette allocution présentera la nouvelle étape de développement politique et administratif de la Principauté, à la suite de plusieurs semaines de consultations au sein de la Chancellerie Royale et avec les principaux conseillers.

Bien qu’aucun détail n’ait encore été communiqué, les observateurs s’attendent à ce que le discours aborde :

• D’éventuelles révisions constitutionnelles, portant sur l’équilibre des pouvoirs, la structure gouvernementale et les priorités nationales ;

تستعد إمارة زاكستان لمتابعة الكلمة التلفزيونية المنتظَرة التي سيلقيها صاحب السعادة الأمير زاك فواز مساء يوم السبت، ١٩ تشرين الأول، وسط تزايد التكهّنات حول تعديلات دستورية وإعادة هيكلة حكومية محتملة.

ووفقًا لمصادر رسمية، من المتوقّع أن تُعلن الكلمة عن مرحلة جديدة من التطوير السياسي والإداري في الإمارة، بعد أسابيع من المشاورات داخل الديوان الملكي ومع كبار المستشارين.

ورغم عدم صدور تفاصيل رسمية، تشير التوقّعات إلى محورين رئيسيين:

• إمكانية إدخال تعديلات على الدستور تتعلّق بتوازن الصلاحيات وتنظيم عمل المؤسسات الحكومية.
