Zakistan Launches the Zakistanian National Registry System

The Principality of Zakistan has officially launched the Zakistanian National Registry System (ZNRS), a centralized digital platform designed to unify and modernize the State’s core administrative functions.

Developed as part of the Principality’s broader institutional structuring, the ZNRS brings together, within a single secure system, key operational components including:

• Entry and exit registration systems

• Identity and civil registry records

• Verification of official documents

The platform establishes, for the first time, a fully integrated national database, enabling qualified institutions to access verified information in real time while ensuring traceability, accuracy, and administrative consistency.

According to the Presidency of the Chancellery, the system reflects Zakistan’s commitment to building a modern, efficient, and disciplined State apparatus, grounded in clarity of procedures and reliability of data.

The ZNRS is designed to support:

• Secure identification processes

• Streamlined administrative coordination between institutions

• Enhanced control over official documentation and records

Access to the system is strictly limited to authorized Zakistanian entities, in accordance with institutional protocols and data protection standards defined by the State.

Lancement du Système National de Registre Zakistanien

La Principauté du Zakistan a annoncé le lancement officiel du Zakistanian National Registry System (ZNRS), une plateforme numérique centralisée destinée à moderniser et unifier les fonctions essentielles de l’administration publique.

Conçu dans le cadre de la structuration institutionnelle de l’État, ce système regroupe désormais au sein d’une seule infrastructure sécurisée :

• Les systèmes d’entrée et de sortie du territoire

• Les données d’identification et de registre civil

• Les mécanismes de vérification des documents officiels accessibles aux autorités habilitées

  
  

Le ZNRS instaure ainsi une base de données nationale unifiée, permettant aux institutions compétentes d’accéder à des informations fiables en temps réel, tout en garantissant traçabilité, cohérence et sécurité administrative.

إطلاق النظام الوطني للسجل الزاكيستاني

أعلنت إمارة زاكستان عن الإطلاق الرسمي لـ النظام الوطني للسجل الزاكيستاني (ZNRS)، وهو منصة رقمية مركزية تهدف إلى توحيد وتحديث الوظائف الأساسية للإدارة العامة.

ويأتي هذا النظام في إطار بناء مؤسسات الدولة، حيث يجمع ضمن بنية واحدة وآمنة:

• أنظمة تسجيل الدخول والخروج

• بيانات الهوية والسجل المدني

• آليات التحقق من الوثائق الرسمية المتاحة للجهات المخوّلة

  
  

ويمثّل هذا النظام أول قاعدة بيانات وطنية موحّدة، تتيح للجهات المختصة الوصول إلى معلومات دقيقة ومحدّثة بشكل فوري، مع ضمان الشفافية والدقة والتكامل الإداري.

وأكدت رئاسة الديوان أن هذا المشروع يعكس التزام زاكستان ببناء جهاز إداري حديث ومنضبط وفعّال، قائم على وضوح الإجراءات ودقة البيانات.

وسيساهم النظام في:

• تعزيز أمن الهوية

• تحسين التنسيق بين المؤسسات الحكومية

ويقتصر استخدام النظام على الجهات الزاكيستانية المخوّلة فقط، وفقًا للضوابط المؤسسية ومعايير حماية البيانات المعتمدة.

ويمثل إطلاق هذا النظام خطوة أساسية في ترسيخ البنية الإدارية للدولة، وتعزيز قدرتها على العمل بكفاءة وتناغم ودقة مؤسسية.
