Prime Minister Addresses the Nation with a New Year Message Focused on Transition, Justice, and State-Building

As the new year begins, the Prime Minister of the Principality of Zakistan addressed a message to the people, inviting citizens to reflect not only on the passing of time, but on the path already traveled and the future yet to be shaped.

In his address, the Prime Minister underlined that the transition into a new year is more than a symbolic change on a calendar. It is, he said, “a moment of silent assessment and of deliberate projection toward the future we are called to build.”

He recalled that the year just concluded marked a foundational phase in Zakistan’s trajectory, describing the current period as a transitional stage, moving from an initial micronational framework toward the legitimate ambition of a fully sovereign State.This phase, he stressed, requires replacing fleeting declarations with durable action and committing to a methodical and unwavering refoundation of national institutions.

The Prime Minister emphasized that the construction of a genuine State cannot be based on temporary compromises or short-term crisis management. Instead, it demands clarity of vision, ethical rigor, and commitment to the general interest, beyond personal or factional allegiances.

Drawing on moral and historical references, he invoked the legacy of Imam Ali, recalling that injustice leads inevitably to decline, and that the strength of leadership lies not in coercion but in the establishment of equity and justice for all. He warned that when justice fades, public trust erodes and institutions, regardless of their stature, weaken.

Looking ahead, the Prime Minister noted the symbolic importance of the coming days, particularly Friday, 3 January, which coincides with the commemoration of Imam Ali’s birth. He described this moment not as a political launch, but as a time for reflection and moral grounding, from which the State must draw inspiration rooted in justice, knowledge, and selfless service.

He concluded by affirming that the coming year must mark the end of complacency and the beginning of strict accountability, transparency, and institutional integrity, calling for institutions and leaders to be judged solely by their adherence to the public interest.

The Prime Minister closed his message by expressing his hope that 2026 would be a year of restored dignity, sovereign consolidation, and principled governance, wishing health, serenity, and strength to all citizens and their families.

À l’occasion de la nouvelle année, le Premier ministre de la Principauté du Zakistan a adressé un message à la Nation, invitant les citoyens à considérer ce passage non comme un simple changement de date, mais comme un temps de réflexion et de projection collective.

Il a souligné que le passage à la nouvelle année constitue « une évaluation silencieuse du chemin parcouru et un moment décisif pour dessiner l’avenir que nous devons façonner ».

Le Premier ministre a rappelé que l’année écoulée a marqué une étape fondamentale dans l’histoire du Zakistan, décrivant la période actuelle comme une phase transitoire, allant d’une forme initiale de micronation vers l’ambition légitime d’un État pleinement souverain.Cette transition exige, selon lui, de substituer aux paroles éphémères des actes durables et de s’engager dans une refondation méthodique et rigoureuse des institutions.

Il a insisté sur le fait que la construction d’un véritable État ne saurait reposer sur des compromis passagers ni sur une gestion au jour le jour, mais requiert une vision claire, une éthique exigeante et un engagement dépassant les intérêts personnels ou communautaires.

Évoquant l’héritage de l’Imam Ali, le Premier ministre a rappelé que l’injustice mène inévitablement à la ruine et que la force d’un dirigeant réside dans sa capacité à instaurer l’équité. Il a averti que lorsque la justice s’efface, le soutien populaire se retire et les institutions s’affaiblissent.

Il a enfin souligné la portée symbolique du vendredi 3 janvier, date coïncidant avec la commémoration de la naissance de l’Imam Ali, qu’il a présenté comme un moment de recueillement et d’inspiration morale, fondé sur les valeurs de justice, de connaissance et de service désintéressé.

Le Premier ministre a conclu en affirmant que l’année à venir devait marquer la fin de la complaisance et l’avènement d’une gouvernance fondée sur la responsabilité, la transparence et l’intérêt général, souhaitant que 2026 soit une année de dignité retrouvée et de consolidation souveraine.

رسالة رئيس الوزراء بمناسبة رأس السنة: مرحلة انتقالية قائمة على العدالة وبناء الدولة

بمناسبة حلول العام الجديد، وجّه رئيس وزراء إمارة زاكستان رسالة إلى الشعب، مؤكدًا أن الانتقال إلى سنة جديدة لا يقتصر على تغيير رقم في التقويم، بل يشكّل لحظة تقييم هادئ للمسار السابق ورسمًا واعيًا لمستقبل الدولة.

وأوضح أن هذه اللحظة تمثل وقفة تأمل في ما تحقق، ومسؤولية في تحديد ملامح ما يجب بناؤه.

وأشار رئيس الوزراء إلى أن العام المنصرم شكّل مرحلة تأسيسية في مسار زاكستان، واصفًا الوضع الراهن بأنه مرحلة انتقالية من صيغة أولية إلى الطموح المشروع لبناء دولة ذات سيادة كاملة.وأكد أن هذه المرحلة تتطلب استبدال الشعارات المؤقتة بأفعال راسخة، والانخراط في إعادة تأسيس منهجية وجدية لمؤسسات الدولة.

وشدّد على أن بناء الدولة الحقيقية لا يقوم على تسويات عابرة أو إدارة الأزمات اليومية، بل يحتاج إلى رؤية واضحة، وأخلاق صارمة، والتزام يتجاوز الولاءات الشخصية أو الفئوية.

وفي هذا السياق، استحضر رئيس الوزراء إرث الإمام علي، مذكرًا بأن الظلم هو الطريق الأقصر إلى الانهيار، وأن قوة القيادة تكمن في تحقيق العدل لا في ممارسة القسر. وأكد أن غياب العدالة يؤدي إلى تراجع ثقة الناس وتآكل المؤسسات مهما بلغ حجمها.

كما أشار إلى البعد الرمزي ليوم الجمعة 3 كانون الثاني، المتزامن مع ذكرى ولادة الإمام علي، معتبرًا إياه محطة للتأمل واستلهام القيم المؤسسة للدولة: العدالة، والمعرفة، وخدمة الصالح العام دون مصلحة شخصية.

واختتم رئيس الوزراء رسالته بالتأكيد على أن المرحلة المقبلة تستوجب نهاية التهاون وبداية المساءلة الصارمة والشفافية الكاملة، متمنيًا أن يكون عام 2026 عامًا للكرامة المستعادة، وترسيخ السيادة، وغلبة الاستقامة على الانتهازية، ومتمنيًا الصحة والطمأنينة والقوة المعنوية لجميع المواطنين وأسرهم.
