دراسة قانونية تنسجم مع الرؤية المؤسسية لإمارة زاكستان

أعلن المكتب الإعلامي لإمارة زاكستان عن نشر دراسة قانونية شاركت في إعدادها معالي تالا فواز، وزيرة العدل ووزيرة الدولة بالإنابة، في مجلة قانونية متخصصة.

وتتناول الدراسة أطر العمل القانونية والإدارية المرتبطة بـ المشاريع العامة الكبرى، مع التركيز على وضوح الإجراءات، وضمانات المشروعية، ودور الدولة في تحقيق التوازن بين الفاعلية واحترام القانون.

ورغم أن الدراسة أُعدّت في سياق مهني وأكاديمي، فإنها تنسجم مع المبادئ التي تقوم عليها عملية بناء مؤسسات زاكستان، وفي مقدمتها:

• أولوية سيادة القانون،
