Zakistan Unveils Its New Generation of Biometric National ID Cards

The Ministry of Interior of the Principality of Zakistan has officially announced the launch of the new biometric National Identity Card, which will begin to be issued starting next week across all accredited administrative centers and consulates of Zakistan.

The new card presented today by the Ministry and illustrated in the official image represents a major step forward in the modernization and security of Zakistan’s civil registry system.

Equipped with an integrated RFID chip, advanced anti-counterfeiting patterns, and a machine-readable zone (MRZ), the card meets modern international standards for identification. It features:

• Biometric authentication

• Trilingual inscriptions (English, French, Arabic)

• A unique serial number linked to the national civil registry

• Digital signature of the issuing authority

• Place and authority of issuance

• Secure holographic elements

  
  

According to the Ministry, the new ID aims to strengthen administrative efficiency, ensure accurate identification of citizens, and support future e-government services.

“This card is more than a document it is an essential pillar of a secure, modern, and unified administrative system for Zakistan,” stated the Ministry of Interior.

The rollout will begin progressively, prioritizing citizens already registered in the national database, followed by new applicants through the Ministry’s digital pre-registration platform.

The new ID is mandatory for all Zakistanian citizens and will serve as the primary

document for:

• civil identification

• access to government services

• travel verification when required

• digital authentication for future online platforms

The Ministry of Interior confirmed that additional announcements will follow as the nationwide deployment begins.

Le Zakistan Présente sa Nouvelle Carte d’Identité Nationale Biométrique

Le Ministère de l’Intérieur de la Principauté du Zakistan a dévoilé aujourd’hui la nouvelle carte d’identité biométrique, dont l’émission débutera dès la semaine prochaine dans l’ensemble des centres administratifs et consulats accrédités.

La nouvelle carte illustrée dans l’image officielle jointe constitue une avancée majeure dans la modernisation et la sécurisation du système d’identification nationale.

Dotée d’une puce RFID intégrée, de motifs de sécurité anti-contrefaçon et d’une zone de lecture optique (MRZ), elle répond aux standards internationaux les plus récents.Elle comprend notamment :

• Authentification biométrique

• Mentions trilingues (français, anglais, arabe)

• Numéro unique lié au registre civil national

• Signature numérique de l’autorité émettrice

• Lieu et autorité de délivrance

• Éléments holographiques sécurisés

Selon le ministère, cette carte est destinée à renforcer l’efficacité administrative, garantir une identification fiable des citoyens et préparer la transition vers de futurs services d’e-gouvernement.

« Cette carte n’est pas un simple document : elle constitue un pilier essentiel d’une administration moderne, sécurisée et unifiée », a déclaré le Ministère de l’Intérieur.

L’émission commencera de manière progressive, donnant priorité aux citoyens déjà inscrits au registre national, avant l’ouverture des nouvelles demandes via la plateforme numérique du ministère.

La nouvelle carte d’identité est obligatoire pour tous les citoyens zakistaniens et servira pour :

• l’identification civile

• l’accès aux services publics

• la vérification lors de certains déplacements

• l’authentification numérique dans les plateformes futures

زاكستان تكشف عن الجيل الجديد من البطاقات الوطنية البيومترية

أعلن وزارة الداخلية في إمارة زاكستان رسميًا عن إطلاق البطاقة الوطنية البيومترية الجديدة، والتي سيبدأ إصدارها اعتبارًا من الأسبوع المقبل في جميع المراكز الإدارية والقنصلية التابعة للإمارة.

وتُظهر الصورة الرسمية المرفقة شكل البطاقة الجديدة التي تُعد خطوة أساسية نحو تحديث نظام الهوية الوطنية وتعزيز مستوى الأمان الإداري.

تتضمن البطاقة شريحة RFID مدمجة، وعناصر متقدمة لمكافحة التزوير، ومنطقة قراءة آلية (MRZ) وفقًا لأحدث المعايير الدولية.كما تتضمّن:

• نظام تحقق بيومتري

• كتابات ثلاثية اللغات (العربية، الفرنسية، الإنجليزية)

• رقم وطني فريد مرتبط بسجل الأحوال المدنية

• التوقيع الرقمي للجهة المصدرة

• مكان وجهة الإصدار

• عناصر أمان هولوغرافية

وأكدت الوزارة أن البطاقة الجديدة ستسهم في تعزيز الكفاءة الإدارية وضمان هوية دقيقة للمواطنين ودعم الخدمات الرقمية المستقبلية.

وجاء في بيان الوزارة: « هذه البطاقة ليست مجرد وثيقة، بل هي ركيزة أساسية لنظام إداري موحّد وحديث في زاكستان. »

سيبدأ إصدار البطاقة تدريجيًا، مع إعطاء الأولوية للمواطنين المسجلين مسبقًا، يلي ذلك فتح باب الطلبات عبر منصة التسجيل المسبق الإلكترونية.

وتُعد البطاقة إلزامية لجميع المواطنين الزاكيستانيين، وستُستخدم في:

• التعريف المدني

• الوصول إلى الخدمات الحكومية

• التحقق عند اللزوم خلال السفر

• المصادقة الرقمية للمنصّات الإلكترونية المقبلة

  
  

وستصدر الوزارة بيانات إضافية مع بدء عملية التوزيع الوطني.
