Minister of Information and Social Affairs Pierre Daccache Delivers a Message to the Nation

The new Minister of Information and Social Affairs, H.E. Pierre Daccache, delivered today a Message to the Nation through an official statement, broadcast by the Press Office of the Principality of Zakistan.
In his address, the Minister expressed his honor, humility, and deep sense of duty, reaffirming his commitment to place transparency, social cohesion, and public trust at the center of his mission.
“It is with honor, humility, and a profound sense of duty that I address you today,” the Minister declared. “In a world that is constantly evolving, our social cohesion, institutional transparency, and national solidarity remain our greatest assets.”
Minister Daccache outlined three guiding principles for his mandate:
To inform with clarity, ensuring transparent communication between government and citizens;
To listen attentively, giving a voice to all members of society;
To act with fairness, promoting equality and social justice across the Principality.
He emphasized that his ministry’s goal is to make information a bridge of confidence rather than confusion, and social policy a pillar of humanity and shared progress.
“From today, I extend my hand to you,” he concluded, “to build together a fairer, more united, and brighter future. Long live Zakistan.”
The message has been widely welcomed as a reflection of the inclusive and responsible spirit of the new Foundation Government, recently appointed under the leadership of His Excellency Prince Zak Fawaz and Prime Minister Joud El Arab.

Le Ministre de l’Information et des Affaires Sociales Pierre Daccache Adresse un Message à la Nation
Le nouveau ministre de l’Information et des Affaires sociales, S.E. Pierre Daccache, a adressé aujourd’hui un message solennel à la Nation, diffusé par le Bureau de Presse de la Principauté du Zakistan.
Dans une allocution marquée par la clarté et la gravité, le ministre a réaffirmé son attachement à la transparence, à la cohésion sociale et à la solidarité nationale, piliers fondamentaux du nouvel élan gouvernemental.
« C’est avec honneur, humilité et un profond sens du devoir que je m’adresse à vous aujourd’hui », a déclaré le ministre, rappelant que « dans un monde en constante évolution, notre cohésion sociale, notre transparence institutionnelle et notre solidarité nationale sont nos plus grandes richesses. »
M. Daccache a précisé que son action reposera sur trois principes :
Informer avec clarté, pour renforcer la confiance entre l’État et les citoyens ;
Écouter avec attention, pour représenter chaque voix, même la plus discrète ;
Agir avec équité, pour faire du Zakistan un modèle de justice et de progrès partagé.
Le ministre a ajouté que son objectif est de faire de l’information un instrument de confiance et de la politique sociale un levier d’unité et de dignité.
« À partir d’aujourd’hui, je vous tends la main, pour bâtir ensemble un avenir plus juste, plus solidaire et plus lumineux », a-t-il conclu, avant d’appeler à l’unité nationale et à la responsabilité collective.
Ce message, premier acte officiel du ministre, a été salué comme un signe de continuité et d’ouverture dans la ligne politique du Gouvernement de Fondation Zakistan, sous l’autorité de Son Excellence le Prince Zak Fawaz et du Premier ministre Joud El Arab.

وزير الإعلام والشؤون الاجتماعية بيار دكّاش يوجّه رسالة إلى الأمة
وجّه معالي بيار دكّاش، وزير الإعلام والشؤون الاجتماعية الجديد، اليوم رسالة إلى الأمة بثّها المكتب الإعلامي لإمارة زاكستان.
في كلمته، عبّر الوزير عن فخره وتواضعه وإحساسه العميق بالمسؤولية، مؤكّدًا التزامه بجعل الشفافية والتلاحم الاجتماعي والثقة العامة ركائز أساسية لعمل وزارته.
وقال الوزير: « أتوجّه إليكم اليوم بكل فخر وتواضع وإحساس عميق بالواجب. ففي عالم يتغيّر باستمرار، تبقى وحدتنا الاجتماعية وشفافيتنا المؤسسية وتضامننا الوطني أعظم ثرواتنا. »
وأشار دكّاش إلى أن رؤيته تعتمد على ثلاثة مبادئ رئيسية:
الإعلام الواضح والشفاف، لتعزيز الثقة بين الدولة والمواطنين؛
الإنصات للجميع، لإيصال صوت كل فئة في المجتمع؛
العدالة في العمل الاجتماعي، لضمان المساواة والكرامة للجميع.
وأوضح الوزير أن الهدف من عمله هو تحويل الإعلام إلى جسر ثقة لا مصدر تشويش، وجعل السياسة الاجتماعية نموذجًا للإنسانية والتقدّم المشترك.
وختم بالقول: « من اليوم، أمدّ يدي إليكم لنبني معًا مستقبلًا أكثر عدلًا وتضامنًا ونورًا. عاش زاكستان. »
وقد لاقت الرسالة ترحيبًا واسعًا باعتبارها تعبيرًا عن روح الانفتاح والمسؤولية التي تميّز حكومة تأسيس زاكستان، برئاسة سموّ الأمير زاك فواز ورئيس الوزراء جود العرب.
