Zakistan Launches Its New e-Visa Platform for International Applicants

The Principality of Zakistan has officially launched its new e-Visa platform, offering a streamlined, modern, and fully digital system for travelers wishing to visit the Principality. The platform is available at:https://zakistan.wixstudio.com/zakistanevisa

The new system allows applicants to submit their visa request fully online, upload documents, track their application, and receive the official Zakistanian e-Visa issued by any Zakistanian consulate worldwide, including Beirut, Paris, Rome, Geneva, London and other accredited missions.

The sample document provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (see attached image) illustrates the new standardized format featuring bilingual fields, barcode identifiers, QR verification, and enhanced security elements.

According to the Ministry, the aim of the platform is to “ensure accessibility for all applicants, no matter their country of residence, and to unify visa issuance across all diplomatic posts of the Principality.”

The launch marks a significant milestone in the modernization of Zakistan’s consular services, reflecting the State’s commitment to clarity, efficiency, and international accessibility.

La Principauté du Zakistan a officiellement lancé sa nouvelle plateforme de e-Visa, permettant aux voyageurs étrangers de déposer leur demande en ligne :https://zakistan.wixstudio.com/zakistanevisa

Cette plateforme modernisée offre la possibilité de soumettre la demande, transmettre les documents, suivre l’avancement du dossier et recevoir la e-visa officielle, délivrée par l’un quelconque des consulats zakistaniens à travers le monde notamment Beyrouth, Paris, Rome, Genève et Londres ainsi que les autres missions diplomatiques habilitées.

Le modèle de visa fourni par le Ministère des Affaires étrangères (voir image jointe) montre un format unifié incluant des champs bilingues, des codes-barres, un QR de vérification et des éléments de sécurité renforcés.

Le ministère précise que cette plateforme a été conçue pour « garantir un accès égal aux demandeurs, quel que soit leur pays de résidence, tout en unifiant les procédures de délivrance dans l’ensemble du réseau consulaire Zakistanien. »

Avec ce lancement, la Principauté franchit une étape majeure dans la modernisation de ses services consulaires et réaffirme son engagement en faveur d’une administration numérique fiable, transparente et accessible.

زاكستان تُطلق منصّة التأشيرة الإلكترونية الجديدة - صادرة من جميع القنصليات الزاكيستانية حول العالم

أعلنت إمارة زاكستان عن إطلاق منصّتها الجديدة للتأشيرة الإلكترونية e-Visa المتاحة عبر الرابط:https://zakistan.wixstudio.com/zakistanevisa

وتُمكّن المنصّة المتقدّمين من تقديم طلب التأشيرة عبر الإنترنت بالكامل، رفع المستندات، متابعة الطلب، واستلام التأشيرة الإلكترونية الرسمية الصادرة عن أي قنصلية زاكيستانية حول العالم، وسائر البعثات الدبلوماسية المخوّلة.

وتُظهر العيّنة المقدّمة من وزارة الخارجية (الصورة المرفقة) الشكل الجديد الموحد للتأشيرة، متضمّنًا حقولًا ثنائية اللغة، رموزًا شريطية، رمز QR للتحقّق، وعناصر حماية متقدّمة.

وأوضحت الوزارة أن الهدف من هذه المنصّة هو « ضمان وصول جميع المتقدّمين إلى الخدمة، بغضّ النظر عن دولتهم، وتوحيد إجراءات إصدار التأشيرات في جميع القنصليات الزاكيستانية. »

ويمثّل إطلاق هذه المنصّة خطوة محورية في تحديث الخدمات القنصلية وتعزيز التوجّه الرقمي للدولة، بما يضمن الوضوح والكفاءة وسهولة الوصول.
