Zakistan Officially Promulgates Its Constitution, Marking a New Chapter in Statehood

The Principality of Zakistan has officially promulgated its Constitution, a foundational text that establishes the organization of powers, guarantees fundamental rights, and defines the political identity of the young State. The document was published in the Official Journal of the Principality and entered into force immediately upon proclamation by His Excellency Prince Zak Fawaz on 19 October 2025.

The Constitution enshrines Zakistan as a peaceful, neutral, and sovereign political entity, rooted in the principles of human dignity, legality, and international cooperation. It confirms the Prince as Head of State, guarantees civilian-led security, and ensures freedom of enterprise under a framework of fiscal moderation.

“Zakistan today takes a decisive step in its institutional construction,” declared the Prince in his national address. “Our State now possesses its Constitution, its government, and a clear direction.”

The text also codifies the separation of powers, defining the roles of the Prince, the Prime Minister, and the Government, while creating independent judicial institutions such as the Royal Court, the Constitutional Council, and the Court of Auditors.

The Constitution guarantees a wide range of fundamental freedoms  including equality before the law, freedom of conscience and expression, protection of property, and due process. It prohibits direct taxation and ensures that all economic activity operates in a transparent, predictable, and ethical environment.

With its adoption, the Principality affirms itself as a responsible and law-abiding member of the international community, committed to peace, neutrality, and cooperation.

La Principauté du Zakistan Promulgue Officiellement sa Constitution

La Constitution de la Principauté du Zakistan a été officiellement promulguée et publiée au Journal Officiel, marquant une étape fondatrice dans la construction de l’État Zakistanien. Ce texte fondamental, proclamé par Son Excellence le Prince Zak Fawaz le 19 octobre 2025, définit les institutions, garantit les libertés fondamentales et établit les principes de gouvernance du pays.

La Constitution consacre le Zakistan comme une entité pacifique, neutre et souveraine, fondée sur la dignité humaine, la légalité et la coopération internationale. Elle confie au Prince la mission de veiller à la continuité de l’État, à la stabilité des institutions et au respect du droit.

« Le Zakistan franchit aujourd’hui une étape essentielle de son édification institutionnelle », a déclaré le Prince.

Le texte précise également les fonctions du Premier ministre et du Gouvernement princier, encadre la production législative, et crée des organes indépendants tels que le Conseil constitutionnel, la Cour royale et la Cour des comptes.

La Constitution garantit les droits et libertés fondamentaux, la neutralité de l’État, l’absence d’armée, et un environnement économique stable, fondé sur la liberté d’entreprendre et la modération fiscale.

إمارة زاكستان تُعلن رسميًا دستورها الجديد وتدخل مرحلة الدولة المؤسسية

أعلنت إمارة زاكستان رسميًا عن دستورها الجديد، الذي يُعتبر الوثيقة التأسيسية لتنظيم مؤسسات الدولة وضمان الحقوق والحريات الأساسية.وقد تم نشر الدستور في الجريدة الرسمية للإمارة ودخل حيّز التنفيذ فور إعلانه من قبل صاحب السعادة الأمير زاك فواز في 19 تشرين الأول 2025.

يُكرّس الدستور زاكستان ككيانٍ سياسيٍ مستقلٍ، محايدٍ وسلميٍ يقوم على كرامة الإنسان، وسيادة القانون، والتعاون الدولي.كما يؤكد أن الأمير هو رئيس الدولة، ويكفل الأمن الداخلي تحت إشراف مدني، ويمنع فرض الضرائب المباشرة على المواطنين، مع الحفاظ على حرية الاقتصاد والانضباط المالي.

وقال الأمير زاك فواز في خطابه للأمة: « إنّ زاكستان اليوم تخطو خطوة حاسمة في مسيرتها المؤسسية، فلدينا دستورنا، وحكومتنا، واتجاهنا الواضح ».

يتضمّن الدستور أيضًا إنشاء مؤسسات قضائية مستقلة مثل المجلس الدستوري والمحكمة الملكية وديوان المحاسبة، ويضمن الحريات الأساسية وحقوق الإنسان والمساواة أمام القانون.

وباعتماد هذا الدستور، تؤكد الإمارة التزامها بالسلام والحياد والتعاون، وتُعلن ولادة مرحلة جديدة من الحكم الرشيد والمسؤولية القانونية.
