بمناسبة إحياء ذكرى ولادة الإمام علي بن أبي طالب، الشخصية التاريخية البارزة التي ارتبط اسمها بالعدل والحكمة وأخلاقيات الحكم عبر القرون، أصدرت إمارة زاكستان رسالة وطنية أكدت فيها الأسس التي تقوم عليها مرحلة الانتقال المؤسسي الحالية.

وأشارت الرسالة إلى أن زاكستان تمر بمرحلة تحوّل مفصلية، تنتقل فيها من منطق المجتمع المحدود إلى بناء دولة حديثة، علمانية، ومتكاملة، وهي مرحلة تتطلب مسؤولية عالية وتواضعًا في ممارسة السلطة.

واستحضرت الرسالة الإرث الفكري والسياسي للإمام علي، المعروف تاريخيًا بتأكيده على العدالة والإنصاف وضبط السلطة، مؤكدة أن شرعية الحكم لا تتحقق إلا بخدمة الناس، وأن الظلم يقود حتمًا إلى تآكل الثقة وانهيار المؤسسات.
